The green starts before the lobby: the flowering boulevard leads the arrival and, on the ground floor, pools among terracotta cobogó screens turn the leisure area into an everyday garden.

On the roof the program opens to the city — barbecue, rooftop, sky pool and sky cinema organized as a whole floor of social life, with the skyline in place of a wall.
