Privacy and Cookie Policy
Updated on 8 September 2026
This page describes, in plain language, what data this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who handles your data
NID Studio — Av. Eng. Luis Carlos Berrini, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo — SP, Brazil. Phone +55 11 2351-4138, WhatsApp +55 11 99344-3369.
For any request about your data, reach us through the contact form, on WhatsApp, or at contato@nidstudio.com.br.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive what you wrote there — name, company, role, email, phone, the type of project, the stage of the development and your message. We use it only to reply and to carry the conversation about your project.
As you browse, we collect audience data: pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type, language and approximate region. This does not identify you by name.
The server hosting the site records, as any web server does, the IP address and time of each request. Those logs exist for security and technical diagnosis.
Measurement and cookies
Audience measurement uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. The performance of our ads is measured by the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram).
Cookies are stored in your browser for that, and browsing is counted continuously across pages and visits.
The notice shown on your first visit is informative: it communicates this use, and measurement happens whether or not you dismiss it. We do not show a reject button because it would not switch anything off — it would be a fake control.
We also store a local mark (localStorage) in your browser for the sole purpose of remembering that you have seen the notice. It never leaves your device.
Third-party services
The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email.
The Meta pixel stores its own cookies and tells Meta that you were here. It is what lets us know whether an ad on Facebook or Instagram brought someone to the site, which is also why it fires when you submit the contact form.
Background videos are hosted on Vimeo and load from their servers, which may store their own cookies.
WhatsApp buttons take you to the app or to the WhatsApp website, where Meta rules apply.
The site fonts are hosted by us, on our own domain — no request is made to Google Fonts.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy, with rules we do not control.
How long we keep it
Form messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation makes commercial sense.
Audience data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data.
Meta receives the record of your visit through the pixel and may use it to measure and target advertising — ours included. That is how the tool normally works. You can limit this in the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account.
Beyond that, data flows only through the services listed above, to the extent needed for the site to work and for us to reply to you.
Your rights
The Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) entitles you to ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data.
To exercise any of these, write to contato@nidstudio.com.br. We reply through the same channel.
If you want to prevent measurement, your browser can block third-party cookies, or you can use a blocking extension — the site keeps working normally.
Changes to this policy
When the site starts using a new tool, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
