A slender tower in exposed brick, wood louvers and a street-scale podium — the façade presents the product by day and keeps it glowing at night.
From afar, it signs the neighborhood. Up close, it invites you in.

One signature, read from four angles: exposed brick and wood louvers mark the rhythm of the floors, the lit balconies make the tower a neighborhood landmark at night, and the slatted podium returns the building to the scale of those arriving on foot.
